KPF has laid down comprehensive rules for recycling so that we can recycle the necessary by-products generated as a result of the production process as much as possible. In fact, we designed all of our processes with recycling as a core concern.

• Recycling industrial water

  An oil and foreign material removal system is being used to maintain the quality of the industrial water used in the production process. We also recycle coolants used for machines so as to extend their use period while also conserving precious water resources and reducing waste water treatment costs.

• Recycling efforts

  We do not arbitrarily dispose of lubricants used in the production process, but instead employ a professional disposal company to safely handle the materials. We also recycle waste palettes to reduce whatever little waste there is, thereby protecting the environment that much more.
